College parking ticket

Today as i am leaving grossmont college, i looked at my windshield and notice a green envelope that says Parking ticket on it. I received a parking ticket at grossmont college when i have a ticket on the corner of the windshiel. Im guessing since i have it laying there in the corner of the windshield that it had fallen onto the passenger seat. The officer that gave me the ticket surely did not look close and gave me a ticket. I will might this ticket until i have it taken off without paying the $25 citation.
